About The Zah

So, this is where I tell you about all of this—me and my life.

It all started 35+ years ago. Well, you don’t need the full backstory. Let’s just say that for a good chunk of my younger years, I didn’t fully understand what safety, love, or genuine care looked like. But life had a way of teaching me. Eventually, I found those things.

School was rough. Learning disabilities and mental health struggles made it harder, but my curiosity never wavered. I loved taking things apart—VCRs, broken toys, anything I could get my hands on. While other kids watched cartoons on Saturday mornings, I was glued to the Science Channel, devouring knowledge.

This blog? It’s my space to document my life—the past, present, and the person I’m becoming. Expect randomness. Some days, I’ll share my dreams and goals. Other days, I’ll talk about navigating life with neurodiversity, dealing with chronic pain from degenerative disc disease, or managing Complex PTSD. And if I’m feeling bold, I might even throw in a short story or two.

No rules. Just life, as it is.
